My mom has a skirt she loves, but it is a black and cream pattern and was not going to work with the wedding colors. The skirt was a simple pattern and I decided that I would simply make a copy out of a different fabric. This skirt is made of a simple cotton/rayon jersey and you can see the detailing in the panel work a lot better without the pattern to distract.
